Hi there, my name is Ash. I have been working in technology for 6 years & counting. Somewhere along the way, in the time I’ve spent in IT, I realized that I have a talent for explaining things simply while getting the job done. I know that I want to help people beyond the organization(s) that I work for. I want my work to be meaningful and help underserved communities by helping them with their IT issues & beyond.

As mentioned before, I have a passion to help individuals understand technology. Having a tech issue is already frustrating enough. I aim to provide technical support with a holistic approach; taking in the human experience to make sure you’re at the forefront with patience and care.

The idea behind Atlas Gradarius is providing IT Solutions to the everyday user. At Atlas Gradarius, I believe that if you can’t explain it simply then you don’t know it well enough.
