  • Can I use your services for my parent, or gen x family member?

    Yes! Each family has its “IT Person” who typically is in charge of the wifi or password reset. There’s already so much to juggle in life, leave those pesky tech issues with me!

  • What are your certifications?

    Great question! I have my Masters in Cyber Security in addition to 6+ years working as an IT Manager for non profits. I also learn everyday, the tech world changes fast, and I like to be just as flexible.

  • Do you offer global virtual support?

    100%. COVID opened the doors on a lot of opportunity for hybrid work. If you opt to use my services, pending on certain factors, I should be able to work with you on your time and virtually to help you.

    I offer services in spanish as well. French is also underway, thank you Duo-lingo! Ask me my streak count ;)

  • Why does IT even matter?

    We lean on technology whether we want to admit it or not. Attackers, malicious actors and all of those spam emails in your inbox are just waiting for you to make a mistake. It’s important to me that folks of all ages and walks of life can protect themselves or have a little more IT knowledge under the belt. I’m sure you know the saying “it takes a village”. If I can teach one person, the goal is that the knowledge gained touches those in their community.

  • Ok, I'm hooked - whats the process? How can I pay you?

    Thats great news. First, I’d like to correspond via email, phone or zoom(30 minutes). The purpose of that initial call is to understand your issue and see if we are a right fit to work together. It’s ok if we aren’t! Then we come to an understanding and lay out a scope of expectations and deliverables.

    I invoice all clients and accept:

    • Credit card payments (there’s a service fee for that)

    • ACH wire transfers

    This is all handled through my book keeping software, so your information is secure. (I use quickbooks).

  • Your address seems far, what's up with that?

    Privacy is important to me. The address you see on the site and on my invoices is a registered agent. Please do not send correspondences to that address. Use the “Contact” link above!

  • I don't see any prices on your site, what's up with that?

    Another great question. My services vary on several factors. Some to consider are:

    • is this for an individual or group

    • will this be a reoccurring service provided, versus a one time session

    • the difficulty of the task

    I offer a free 30-minute consultation where I can make recommendations, and we can see if I‘m the right fit for what you’re looking for.
