Absolutely! Every family has their "IT Person" who handles tech issues, and there's already so much on your plate. I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds to solve those persistent tech problems that keep coming up.

What are your certifications?
I hold a Master's in Cybersecurity and have 7+ years of experience as an IT Manager for non-profits. I'm SCRUM certified and Project Management certified. I also make it a priority to stay current with industry changes and continuously expand my skills to better serve my clients.

Do you offer global virtual support?
Yes! The shift to remote work has opened up many opportunities for virtual collaboration. Depending on your needs and time zone, I can work with you remotely. I also offer services in Spanish

Why does IT even matter?
We depend on technology whether we admit it or not. Cyberattacks, malicious actors, and spam emails are just waiting for you to make a mistake. It's crucial that people of all ages and walks of life learn to protect themselves and gain basic IT knowledge. When I can teach one person, the knowledge they gain often helps others in their community.

How far do you travel for in-person services?
For privacy and security reasons, I use a registered agent for my business address rather than my personal location. I'm happy to discuss travel arrangements for in-person consultations - just reach out, and we can work out the details.
